Social Media Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective social media strategies aligned with TERAVARNAs vision.
• Create, schedule, and manage engaging content (posts, reels, stories, videos) for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other platforms.
• Design and manage Meta Ads creatives (Facebook & Instagram) for promotions and lead generation.
• Plan and execute social media boosts to increase reach, engagement, and conversions.
• Manage monthly content calendars and campaigns, ensuring alignment with ongoing competitions and projects.
• Analyze and report performance metrics (engagement, reach, ROI, leads) with actionable insights.
• Respond promptly to comments, messages, and community interactions.
• Collaborate with design, content, and operations teams to maintain consistent branding and messaging.
• Keep up with the latest social media trends, algorithms, and competitor strategies.
• Explore influencer and partnership opportunities for brand growth.
• Build and grow TERAVARNA’s online community by increasing followers, strengthening audience engagement, and expanding brand reach across platforms.
• Manage and guide the social media team, ensuring efforts are channelized in the right direction for maximum impact.

Key Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
• 5+ years of proven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role.
• Hands-on experience in running paid campaigns and social media boosts.
• Strong skills in creating Meta Ads creatives and campaign management.
• Good understanding of SEO, hashtags, and social media analytics.
• Excellent copywriting and storytelling skills tailored for an art-driven audience.
• Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and aesthetics.
• Ability to work independently in a remote setup while meeting deadlines.
