Affiliate Marketer

The Opportunity:

We are seeking a results-driven and creative Affiliate Marketing Specialist to build, manage, and scale our affiliate program from the ground up. You will be the architect of a key growth engine for OKNO, identifying and nurturing relationships with top-tier publishers, influencers, and content creators to drive traffic, conversions, and brand visibility across India and beyond.

This is a unique opportunity to own a critical marketing channel and make a significant impact on a fast-growing D2C brand.

What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities):

• Strategy & Execution: Develop, implement, and manage the end-to-end strategy for the OKNO Eyewearlabs affiliate program to achieve sales and growth targets.
• Recruitment & Onboarding: Identify, recruit, and onboard new affiliate partners, including fashion bloggers, lifestyle influencers, review sites, coupon/deal sites, and other relevant content creators.
• Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for our affiliate partners. Nurture strong, long-term relationships through proactive communication, support, and engagement.
• Campaign Management: Plan and execute affiliate marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches. Ensure partners are equipped with the necessary creative assets (banners, links, product info) and brand guidelines.
• Performance Monitoring & Analysis: Continuously monitor and analyze affiliate performance using key metrics such as clicks, conversion rate, Cost Per Acquisition (CPA), and Return On Investment (ROI).
• Optimization: Use data-driven insights to optimize all aspects of the program, including commission structures, promotional offers, and creative assets to maximize performance.
• Reporting: Prepare and deliver regular performance reports to the marketing leadership, highlighting key results, insights, and opportunities for growth.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the social media, content, and paid marketing teams to ensure affiliate campaigns are aligned with overall brand messaging and promotions.
• Compliance & Fraud Prevention: Monitor the affiliate channel for compliance with brand guidelines and implement measures to prevent fraudulent activity.

Who You Are (Qualifications & Skills):

• Experience: You have 2-4 years of proven, hands-on experience in affiliate marketing, preferably within the e-commerce or D2C space.
• Platform Proficiency: You are highly proficient with major affiliate marketing networks and platforms (e.g., Refersion, ShareASale, CJ Affiliate, Impact, or similar).
• Analytical Mindset: You have strong analytical skills and are comfortable using data to make decisions. Deep experience with Google Analytics is a must.
• Relationship Builder: You possess excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to build and maintain strong professional relationships.

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
