You will cultivate and maintain strong, long-term relationships with affiliate partners, including key networks, media buyers, and publishers, ensuring mutual success. Collaboration with cross-functional teams is essential to create innovative, high-performing promotional materials and marketing campaigns. Your role also involves continuously monitoring and analyzing affiliate performance data, uncovering emerging trends, and optimizing campaigns to ensure higher returns and performance. Leading negotiations on affiliate commission models, contract terms, and performance expectations is crucial to ensure a competitive edge and profitability. It is important to stay well-informed on industry shifts, competitor actions, and the evolving dynamics of the iGaming market to keep strategies aligned with current trends. Requirements for this role include 1-3 years of experience in affiliate marketing with a focus on the iGaming industry. A strong understanding of affiliate networks and tracking tools is necessary, along with proven experience in generating leads and driving revenue through affiliate programs. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in using analytics tools to optimize campaigns are also required.
