Affiliate Marketer

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Affiliate Marketer to drive product awareness and growth across the healthcare and diagnostics segment. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of Life Sciences/Pharma markets and prior experience in promoting or distributing diagnostic kits / medical devices / IVD products.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and onboard affiliate partners across hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and healthcare distributors
• Develop and implement affiliate marketing strategies to increase lead generation and sales
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with channel partners and healthcare clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations when required
• Track campaign performance and provide monthly reports on conversions and revenue
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies
• Stay updated on market trends and competitor activities in the IVD/Diagnostics space

Required Qualifications (Minimum)

B.Sc. in Biology / Biotechnology / Microbiology / Biochemistry OR B.Pharm

Preferred Qualifications

M.Sc. (Life Sciences) OR MBA (Marketing / Healthcare)

Experience

• 2–3 years experience in Diagnostics / Medical Devices / Pharma Marketing
• Experience promoting Rapid Test Kits / IVD products / Point-of-Care devices is preferred

Skills Required :

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Understanding of medical/diagnostic market channels
• Ability to work independently and meet performance targets
• Basic knowledge of digital & affiliate marketing tools (preferred)

Age Limit : 24 – 35 years

Salary : Competitive (Negotiable based on experience), Performance-based incentives offered
