JD- Google Ads Specialist No of Opening: 2 Type - Full Time Exp- 2 - 4 Year. Position Overview We are looking for talented and motivated Google Ads Specialist to join our team. The candidate should have hands-on experience on PPC campaigns and have a strong understanding of performance marketing, conversion tracking and audience targeting. Key Responsibilities: Strategize, execute, monitor, and manage campaigns across multiple platforms Oversee growth in performance campaigns to meet the brand's business goals and strategies Perform a thorough, contextual Keyword Research with tools/APIs and build thematic Campaigns on Google Ads Work with the Design teams to develop Landing Pages specific to the context of the Campaigns/Ad Groups Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization. Implement ongoing A/B and user experience testing for ads, placements, dynamic landing pages and measure their effectiveness Monitor campaign performance & budget pacing on a day-to-day basis. Write ad copies, landing pages snippets and descriptions, etc. Perform extensive A/B testing of Ads across campaigns/ad groups to improve Quality Score and performance Measure the Campaign performance parameters methodically on Google sheets, analyze campaign performance, compile and present detailed reports with proactive insights Be informed on the latest trends, best practices, and standards in online advertising across demand-gen channels. Perform Media Mix modeling, Design, develop, and monitor other digital media buying campaigns Requirement : Graduate with any specializations (Bachelors or masters degree, preferably in marketing is a plus) Some understanding of Media, preferably in the advertising, media or agency landscape.
