Job Description

We are looking for a highly motivated AEM Guides Support Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and AEM Guides, with 10-15 years of experience in software development.

Roles and Responsibility

Provide technical support for AEM Guides, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.
Collaborate with development teams to implement and optimize AEM Guides features.
Assist in creating and maintaining documentation and guides for AEM users.
Conduct training sessions and workshops on AEM Guides functionalities.
Monitor system performance and proactively address potential issues using advanced optimization techniques.
Work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Stay updated with the latest AEM and AEM Guides developments and best practices.
Implement custom workflow processes and advanced caching strategies to enhance user experience and system efficiency.
Analyze and optimize JCR queries and operations for large datasets, ensuring robust data management.

Job Requirements

Proficient in Java/J2EE.
Minimum of 10 years of experience in software development, with at least 2-3 years specifically on AEM Guides.
Proven experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and its various modules, including AEM Sites and Assets.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Experience in conducting training sessions and creating documentation.
Familiarity with web technologies and content management systems.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies is preferred.
Understanding of Agile methodologies and project management principles is preferred.
