Job Description

What will you do?

  • Act as the client-facing Analyst, confidently engaging with stakeholders, setting clear expectations
  • Translate stakeholder needs into measurement requirements, clear KPIs, and a prioritized backlog aligned to scope and timelines.
  • Define measurement strategy including KPI frameworks, macro/micro conversions, attribution logic, taxonomies, and naming standards.
  • Map customer journeys and identify measurement gaps across acquisition, engagement, and conversion flows.
  • Manage report suites, enforce tracking governance, cross-domain consistency, campaign parameter standards, bot filtering, and internal URL filters.
  • Knowledge of tagging, Adobe Launch/Tags rule architecture, and be able to coordinate with developers if identify incorrect implementation and suggest corrections
  • Define QA test cases, create automation checks, perform validation, and manage defects through resolution.
  • Build and optimize Adobe Analytics Workspace dashboards and Customer Journey Analytics (CJA) dashboards.
  • Perform funnel, fallout, flow, pathing, cohort, anomaly, and segmentation analyses to identify optimization opportunities.
  • Deliver clear, actionable insight reports with recommendations, prioritization, and projected impact.
  • Support experimentation by framing hypotheses, validating tracking, and analyzing A/B test results.
  • Configure CJA Connections and Data Views, ensuring data alignment, schema accuracy, and business relevance.
  • Maintain centralized segment libraries, calculated metric catalogs, and taxonomy documentation.
  • Coordinate delivery across MarTech, developers, UX, product, and client teams to ensure accurate data and on-time releases.
  • Provide enablement through training, playbooks, walkthroughs, and office hours to drive analytics adoption.
  • Evangelize best practices and new Adobe capabilities including Web SDK, Edge Network, and CJA enhancements.
  • Good to have fair understanding of Solution Design Reference (SDR) and data layer specs manage report suites; enforce cross-domain tracking consistency, campaign parameter governance, bot filtering, and internal URL filters.

What will you need?


Must have skills

  • 3–5+ years experience in digital/web analytics.
  • Strong Adobe Analytics Workspace expertise.
  • Deep understanding of web KPIs, funnels, segmentation, and content performance.
  • Experience with Adobe Launch or tag management systems and analytics QA.
  • Ability to create dashboards and perform advanced behavioral analyses.
  • Strong communication and client-facing presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent documentation discipline.


Good to have skills

  • Experience with Adobe Customer Journey Analytics (CJA).
  • Exposure to A/B testing tools and experimentation frameworks.
  • Familiarity with SEO and acquisition-to-conversion journeys.
  • Microsoft Excel
  • Power BI or other data visualization tools.
  • Basic SQL knowledge.
