Job Description

Key Responsibilities:1. Patient Appointment & Front Office Management

  • Manage patient appointments through the clinic’s scheduling system (walk-ins, calls, and online bookings).
  • Coordinate between departments and doctors to ensure optimal scheduling and minimal waiting times.
  • Greet and assist patients courteously upon arrival and guide them to respective departments.
  • Handle patient inquiries and ensure a positive patient experience.

2. Billing & Payment Management

  • Prepare and process bills for consultations, diagnostics, procedures, and other services.
  • Verify insurance details (if applicable) and coordinate with insurance providers for claims.
  • Maintain accurate records of daily cash collections and deposits.
  • Generate daily, weekly, and monthly billing and collection reports.

3. Patient Record Maintenance

  • Maintain and update patient records accurately in both physical and digital formats.
  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with data protection and medical record regulations.
  • Coordinate with medical and nursing staff for timely record entry and updates.
  • Archive old patient records systematically and maintain easy retrievability.

4. Administrative & Operational Support

  • Assist in procurement and inventory management of administrative and medical supplies.
  • Support HR and finance teams with documentation, attendance, and payroll inputs.
  • Liaise with vendors, maintenance staff, and service providers as required.
  • Ensure smooth coordination between departments for clinic operations.

5. Reporting & Compliance

  • Prepare administrative and financial reports as required by management.
  • Ensure compliance with clinic policies, healthcare standards, and statutory requirements.
  • Support in audits (financial, operational, and medical records).

Qualifications & Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years of administrative experience (healthcare/clinic/hospital setting preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and clinic management software (e.g., Practo etc.).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Knowledge of billing, medical record management, and appointment scheduling best practices.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
