We are looking for a visiting orthopaedics on a revenue sharing basis for our multi-specialty clinic in DLF Phase 4, Gurugram. Key Responsibilities: Patient Care: Diagnose and treat a wide range of musculoskeletal conditions, including fractures, arthritis, osteoporosis, and sports injuries. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including reviewing medical histories, performing physical exams, and ordering diagnostic tests such as X-rays, MRIs, and CT scans. Develop and implement personalized treatment plans, which may include medications, physical therapy, or surgical interventions. Manage pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative care for orthopedic surgeries. Surgical Procedures: Perform specialized surgical interventions, including joint replacements, arthroscopy, spinal surgery, fracture fixation, and reconstructive procedures. Ensure the use of minimally invasive techniques where appropriate to promote quicker recovery. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with other healthcare professionals, including physical therapists, radiologists, and pain management specialists, to ensure comprehensive patient care. Refer patients to appropriate specialists or rehabilitation services when necessary. Patient Education: Educate patients and their families about conditions, treatment options, surgical procedures, and post-treatment care plans. Advise on preventive measures, including lifestyle changes and physical activities, to improve musculoskeletal health. Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate patient records, including diagnostic findings, treatment plans, and follow-up care. Ensure compliance with medical standards and regulations in all practices. Continuous Professional Development: Stay updated with advancements in orthopedic medicine, including emerging technologies and treatment methodologies. Participate in professional conferences, workshops, and training programs. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in orthopedic diagnosis and surgical techniques. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for patient interaction. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team. Manual dexterity and attention to detail for precise surgical procedures. Commitment to ongoing learning and professional development. Qualifications: Medical Degree (MBBS) from a recognized institution. Postgraduate specialization in Orthopedics Valid medical license to practice as an orthopedic doctor. Additional certifications in advanced surgical techniques (preferred). Minimum of 2 years of experience in orthopedic practice. Experience working in hospitals, private clinics, or corporate mental health programs. Familiarity with mental health issues prevalent in urban settings like Gurgaon. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus.
