Job Title: Clinical Psychologist Location: DLF Phase IV, Gurgaon, Haryana Experience Required: Minimum 7 years Educational Qualification: MPhil in Clinical Psychology (RCI-registered preferred) Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Clinical Psychologist with a proven track record of delivering exceptional mental health care services. The role involves assessing, diagnosing, and providing therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, and groups. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in evidence-based psychological practices, strong communication skills, and the ability to build meaningful therapeutic relationships. Key Responsibilities: Clinical Assessment and Diagnosis: Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments using standardized tools. Evaluate mental health issues and provide accurate diagnoses in accordance with DSM/ICD guidelines. Therapeutic Interventions: Design and implement tailored treatment plans based on individual client needs. Provide therapy sessions using evidence-based approaches such as CBT, DBT, psychodynamic therapy, or other relevant modalities. Offer counselling services for stress, anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship issues, and other mental health concerns. Client Management: Maintain detailed and confidential clinical records. Monitor and document client progress to refine treatment approaches. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including psychiatrists, counsellors, and social workers, for holistic care delivery. Workshops and Outreach: Organize and conduct mental health awareness workshops for schools, corporates, and communities. Provide training for junior psychologists and interns as required. Crisis Intervention: Address acute mental health emergencies with appropriate interventions. Support clients experiencing suicidal ideation, PTSD, or other critical issues. Skills and Competencies: Expertise in psychological assessment tools and therapeutic frameworks. Strong interpersonal and empathetic skills. Excellent verbal and written communication. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients effectively. Proficiency in using technology for telehealth sessions and documentation. Preferred Qualifications: RCI registration. Experience working in hospitals, private clinics, or corporate mental health programs. Familiarity with mental health issues prevalent in urban settings like Gurgaon. Proficiency in English and Hindi; knowledge of additional regional languages is a plus. Job Type: Part-time Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month Schedule: Day shift Supplemental Pay: Performance bonus Work Location: In person
