Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to manage day-to-day administrative operations, support management, and ensure smooth functioning of office activities. The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, have excellent communication skills, and be able to multitask effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle office administration, correspondence, and documentation.
  • Maintain records, files, and databases efficiently.
  • Manage office supplies, inventory, and vendor coordination.
  • Support HR and accounting functions such as attendance, travel bookings, and petty cash.
  • Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel schedules.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and presentations.
  • Ensure a professional and efficient office environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
  • Proven experience (1–3 years) as an Administrative or Office Executive.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information responsibly.
  • Attention to detail and time management skills.

Job Types: Permanent, Internship
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: ₹10,278.10 - ₹25,000.00 per month
