About the Role:

We’re seeking a Credit Controller & Reconciliation Manager to drive efficient credit control, receivables management, and reconciliations for a fast-growing consumer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

🛒 Manage credit control process for domestic & international clients; evaluate creditworthiness and set limits

📊 Monitor ageing reports, follow up for collections, and minimize overdue payments & bad debts

📈 Reconcile accounts receivables with sales invoices & collections; oversee bank & customer ledger reconciliations

🚚 Manage reconciliation with third-party portals (Amazon, Flipkart, Nykaa, etc.)

📣 Prepare credit control dashboards, DSO, and reconciliation reports monthly

🤝 Support statutory/internal audits and ensure compliance with GST, TDS & other financial regulations

⚡ Identify process gaps, propose improvements, and work with ERP/tech teams for automation & reporting

Requirements:

✅ Bachelor’s in Commerce/Finance; MBA (Finance) or CA Inter preferred

✅ 6–8 years of experience in credit control, AR & reconciliation in FMCG/retail/e-commerce OR CA Fresher

✅ Strong knowledge of Excel, Tally & ERP systems

✅ Excellent analytical, negotiation & communication skills

✅ Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines

Preferred:

⭐ Experience with third-party marketplace reconciliations

⭐ Exposure to automation & process improvement in AR functions
