Job Description

. Accounting & Financial Management Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including AP, AR, bank reconciliations, and general ledger. Maintain accurate financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards. Ensure timely closing of monthly, quarterly, and annual accounts. Manage payroll processing and statutory deductions (PF, ESI, TDS, GST, etc.). 2. Financial Planning & Analysis Prepare annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis reports. Monitor and analyze financial performance against KPIs and budgets. Support management in strategic decision-making through financial insights. 3. Compliance & Audit Ensure statutory compliance with Income Tax, GST, ROC, and other regulatory bodies. Liaise with internal and external auditors for smooth completion of audits. Maintain proper documentation for all financial transactions. 4. Cash Flow & Fund Management Monitor cash flow positions and forecast future cash requirements. Manage banking relationships, loan documentation, and fund utilization. Optimize working capital management. 5. Team Leadership & Coordination Supervise and guide the accounts team for accuracy and efficiency. Coordinate with other departments for financial data and cost control. Train and mentor accounting staff for performance improvement. Required Skills & Competencies:Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations. Proficiency in Tally ERP / SAP / QuickBooks or similar accounting software. Advanced Excel skills and financial reporting ability. Analytical thinking and attention to detail. Good communication and leadership skills. Educational Qualification:Bachelor’s / Master’s Degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance. Preferred: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) or equivalent professional qualification. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):Timely submission of MIS and financial reports. Accuracy in statutory compliance and audit completion. Effective cost control and budget adherence. Smooth fund management and vendor payment cycle.
