                JD For ACCOUNTS AND ADMIN Job Title: Accounts And Admin Executive  Location: Mumbai Profile:          We are a UK based company serving the food & takeaway packaging market for 5 years. Our operations are spread across multiple countries. Our clients include top hotels, restaurants, airports, retail shops as well as FMCG companies.   Ideal candidates should bring a strong foundation in accounting and finance, with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit support within fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliation (using bank feeds), creating invoices/bills, managing expenses, GST/TDS filings. Administration: General office admin tasks, coordination, managing user access in Zoho, ensuring data accuracy. Zoho book Management: Setting up, configuring, and customizing Zoho Books; ensuring smooth integration with other Zoho apps (CRM, Inventory). Reporting: Assisting with financial reporting and analysis using Zoho Books' built-in reports.  Essential Skills Proficiency in Zoho books (setup, transactions, reports). Strong understanding of accounting principles and GST/TDS. Proficiency in MS Excel. Good communication and multi-tasking. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in accounting or finance roles. Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or commerce is required Master’s degree in finance, accounting, or MBA (Finance) is preferred Proficiency in MS Excel and Tally ERP 9 for financial reporting and accounting operations       Working knowledge of GST, Compliance and TDS filing procedure.       Familiarity with other ERPs (like Tally) is often a plus. Experience in handling international trade/import export etc is considerable. Experience in international payments and multi currency transactions is good to have but not compulsory.
