Ideal candidates should bring a strong foundation in accounting and finance, with proven experience in financial reporting, budgeting, compliance, and audit support within fast-paced environments. Key Responsibilities: Accounting: Day-to-day bookkeeping, bank reconciliation (using bank feeds), creating invoices/bills, managing expenses, GST/TDS filings. Administration: General office admin tasks, coordination, managing user access in Zoho, ensuring data accuracy. Zoho book Management: Setting up, configuring, and customizing Zoho Books; ensuring smooth integration with other Zoho apps (CRM, Inventory). Reporting: Assisting with financial reporting and analysis using Zoho Books' built-in reports. Essential Skills Proficiency in Zoho books (setup, transactions, reports).
