The role combines accounting and administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial tasks and ensure smooth office operations. Key Responsibilities Accounting Maintain daily accounts, entries, and ledgers Manage client invoices, vendor bills, and payments Prepare GST and TDS data Reconcile bank statements Assist with monthly closing and audit support Administration Handle calls, emails, and client coordination Organize meetings, schedules, and travel Maintain office files, project documents, and records Manage office supplies and vendor interactions Support HR tasks and basic documentation Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Commerce or related field 1 to 3 years of experience in accounts and admin Knowledge of Goods and Services Tax (GST) compliance and reporting Knowledge of Tally or similar accounting software Good communication and coordination skills
