Job Summary: We are seeking a results-driven and experienced Sales Executive to manage monthly sales and collections of ₹40–50 lakhs in the cement industry. The ideal candidate should be capable of handling existing retailers and customers, acquiring new ones, and conducting regular site visits to drive growth and ensure customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities: Must have your own bike if ready to relocate Manage and achieve monthly sales targets of ₹40–50 lakhs. Ensure timely collection of payments from retailers and customers. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing retailers and clients. Identify and onboard new retailers and customers to expand the business. Conduct regular site visits to monitor sales performance and provide support. Follow up with customers and retailers for orders, payments, and feedback. Coordinate with the logistics and supply chain team for timely product delivery. Monitor market trends and competitor activities to adjust strategies. Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales and collection reports. Requirements: Proven experience in cement or building materials sales (preferred). Ability to manage high-volume sales and collections independently. Strong communication and negotiation skills. Must have a two-wheeler and willingness to travel for site visits. Good knowledge of local market, retailers, and customer base. Minimum qualification: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field. Preferred Skills: Goal-oriented with strong sales planning and execution ability. Familiarity with CRM tools or sales reporting software. Local language proficiency and familiarity with assigned territory.
