Accounts and Admin Executive

Job Summary: We are looking for an experienced accountant to manage the financial accounting and statutory compliances of our company. The ideal candidate must have strong expertise in Tally, tally billing software. They should be proficient in handling EPF, ESIC, GST, and TDS compliance in a timely manner, ensuring the company meets all regulatory obligations. The role also involves managing on-site expenses (TA/DA), issuing salary slips, preparing salary sheets, and compiling daily accounts while working closely with senior management to prepare monthly MIS reports.   Key Responsibilities: Financial Accounting: Maintain daily financial records, track expenses, and ensure proper reconciliation of accounts. Statutory Compliance Management: Handle EPF, ESIC, GST, and TDS filings and ensure timely payments and compliance with government regulations. Billing & Payroll Management: Use Tally billing software for invoicing, salary sheet preparation, and generating salary slips. Expense Tracking: Manage on-site expense details (TA/DA), reimbursements, and financial approvals. MIS Reporting: Compile daily accounts and prepare monthly MIS reports for financial planning and decision-making. Audit & Documentation: Ensure proper documentation and record-keeping for audits and financial assessments. Taxation & Financial Planning: Assist in tax planning, financial forecasting, and budget management in collaboration with senior leadership. Coordination with Management: Work closely with the finance and operations teams to ensure smooth financial and compliance operations.   Key Skills & Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Experience: Minimum 4-5 years of experience in financial accounting and compliance management. Software Proficiency: Strong hands-on experience with Tally and MS Excel. Regulatory Compliance: In-depth knowledge of EPF, ESIC, GST, and TDS regulations. Payroll Management: Ability to process payroll, issue salary slips, and maintain salary records. Financial Analysis & Reporting: Strong analytical skills to compile financial reports and assist in decision-making. Attention to Detail: Accuracy in financial transactions and compliance filings.
