Job Description

Key Responsibilities Accounting & FinanceMaintain accurate books of accounts in Tally / Zoho Books / ERP system. Record all day-to-day financial transactions including sales, purchases, payments, receipts, and journal entries. Prepare and reconcile monthly bank statements and vendor ledgers. Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory filings on time. Manage payroll processing, reimbursements, and employee advances. Assist in the preparation of financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss accounts. Coordinate with auditors, CA, and tax consultants for audits and annual filings. Monitor cash flow, petty cash, and ensure adequate fund availability. Administrative ManagementOversee daily office operations, housekeeping, and vendor coordination. Manage office documentation, agreements, renewals, and correspondence. Support HR functions such as employee attendance, leave records, and onboarding formalities. Handle procurement of office supplies and maintain inventory control. Liaise with government departments, banks, and vendors for official work. Ensure company compliance with internal policies and statutory regulations. Coordination & ReportingPrepare periodic management reports (finance, admin, HR-related). Assist in board meeting documentation, record keeping, and MIS reporting. Maintain confidentiality and ensure smooth communication across departments.
