Account Manager

An accounting manager oversees a company's financial operations by leading the accounting team, preparing and analyzing financial reports, and ensuring compliance with regulations. Key responsibilities include managing the budget, handling the month-end and year-end close, and providing financial insights to senior management. This role is crucial for maintaining financial health, accuracy, and efficiency within an organization. Core responsibilities

• Financial reporting: Prepare and review financial statements, reports, and forecasts to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
• Team leadership: Supervise, mentor, and delegate tasks to accounting staff, and manage the daily operations of the department.
• Budget and forecasting: Manage the budgeting process, monitor cash flow, and conduct financial forecasting to support strategic decision-making.
• Compliance and audits: Ensure compliance with financial regulations and manage annual and quarterly audits.
• Process improvement: Develop and implement accounting policies and procedures to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Strategic support: Collaborate with other departments and executives to align financial strategies with overall business goals.
