Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Persistent Systems account, ensuring seamless communication and relationship management.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers, delivery leadership, recruitment teams, and procurement stakeholders.
  • Handle end-to-end requirement intake, prioritization, and demand management, ensuring clarity and timely updates.
  • Coordinate with internal recruiting teams to ensure quality submissions and adherence to client expectations.
  • Oversee interview scheduling, feedback management, closure timelines, and follow-ups.
  • Drive account growth by identifying new demand, upselling services, and expanding engagement scope.
  • Address and resolve client and consultant escalations quickly and professionally.
  • Identify and implement opportunities to improve delivery efficiency, recruiter productivity, and client satisfaction.
