- Manage and scale a portfolio of Offerwall publishers, driving performance, retention, and revenue growth.
- Act as the primary point of contact for publishers through Slack, email, and video calls.
- Monitor and analyze Offerwall KPIs including EPC, CR, eCPM, ARPDAU, margin, and funnel performance to identify optimization opportunities.
- Prepare and present performance reports and QBRs, highlighting insights, trends, and actionable growth recommendations.
- Partner with Product, Tech, and Operations teams to resolve integration issues and improve offer delivery and publisher experience.
- Identify and execute revenue expansion initiatives such as new campaign categories, targeting changes, placement optimization, and GEO expansion.
- Use publisher feedback and market insights to influence product improvements and monetization enhancements.
- Take full ownership of assigned accounts, proactively driving initiatives to exceed performance, revenue, and retention goals.
Requirements
- 2–6 years of experience in Offerwall, Publisher Management, Account Management, or Performance Marketing roles.
- Strong hands-on experience managing publisher portfolios and monetization performance.
- Solid understanding of Offerwall and performance marketing metrics (EPC, CR, eCPM, ARPDAU, margins).
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and performance optimization.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
- Strong communication and relationship management skills.
- Comfortable owning revenue targets and working in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Good to Have
- Experience in AdTech, Affiliate Marketing, or Reward-based monetization platforms.
- Exposure to international publishers, GEO expansion, and traffic diversification.
- Familiarity with tracking, postbacks, SDK/API integrations, or MMPs.
- Experience contributing to product roadmap discussions using data and publisher feedback.
