Job Description

Job Summary:

Account Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage and grow existing client accounts in the US staffing market.
Serve as the primary liaison between clients and recruitment teams.
Understand client requirements and ensure timely submission of qualified candidates.
Track open positions, manage performance metrics, and resolve client issues.
Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.

Requirements:

2+ years of experience in US staffing as an account manager.
Strong knowledge of the end-to-end US recruitment process.
Excellent communication and client-handling skills.
Experience working with ATS and job portals like Dice, Monster, and LinkedIn.
Willing to work US time zones.
Candidate must know either Kannada or Telugu language.
