About the Role

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the

  primary point of contact

  for assigned clients.
• Understand client goals, business models, and marketing objectives.
• Coordinate with internal teams (Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO, Content & Creative).
• Track campaign KPIs and

  prepare weekly and monthly performance reports

  .
• Conduct weekly client review meetings and present insights.
• Ensure

  timely delivery

  of tasks, creatives, and campaign updates.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities for additional services.
• Maintain project documentation, trackers, and communication records.
• Work closely with the performance team to

  improve ROI and lead quality

Requirements

• 1.5–4 years of experience in

  Client Servicing / Account Management

  in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Strong understanding of

  Meta Ads, Google Ads, SEO & Social Media

  (you don’t need to execute, but must understand strategy).
• Excellent communication & presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with reporting dashboards (Google Sheets, Looker Studio, etc.).
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.
• Positive, proactive, and highly organized.
