2. Integration & Automation

3. Application Architecture & Optimization

  • Maintain and optimize Zoho system architecture for performance, scalability, and data integrity
  • Review and enhance workflows, automations, and custom functions to improve efficiency
  • Ensure system security and compliance across modules

4. Process Documentation & Knowledge Sharing

  • Document custom functions, scripts, integrations, and workflows
  • Maintain a library of reusable components, templates, and low-code apps
  • Train internal teams on technical features, best practices, and self-service solutions

5. Advanced Reporting & Analytics

  • Design custom dashboards and reports usin

  • Monitor data across modules, identify gaps, and optimize automation and reporting
  • Provide leadership with technical insights for process improvements and strategic decision-making

6. Client Onboarding & Experiences

  • Streamline client onboarding using Zoho CRM, Desk, and Projects
  • Ensure client-facing modules deliver a smooth, professional experience
  • Enhance client visibility and engagement through automated workflows and reporting

7. Collaboration & Project Management (Technical)

  • Translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Manage development projects, track milestones, and implement enhancements
  • Support change management for new features, upgrades, and custom solutions


Requirements Qualifica


Must Have:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of Zoho experience
  • Proven experience in leading and managing Zoho projects from start to finish
  • Strong understanding of Zoho One applications and integration amongst modules
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify and develop solutions to complex business challenges.
