Role Overview: You will be responsible for administering and maintaining Zoho One suite and its modules. Your role will involve developing workflows, automation, and business rules to streamline company processes. Ensuring smooth integration of Zoho with third-party applications, providing user support, training, and troubleshooting for Zoho applications will also be part of your key responsibilities. Collaboration with internal teams to align Zoho solutions with business goals, preparing reports and dashboards for management decision-making, and maintaining system security, data integrity, and compliance in Zoho will be essential. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and maintain Zoho One suite and its modules. - Develop workflows, automation, and business rules to streamline company processes. - Ensure smooth integration of Zoho with third-party applications. - Provide user support, training, and troubleshooting for Zoho applications. - Collaborate with internal teams to align Zoho solutions with business goals. - Prepare reports and dashboards for management decision-making. - Maintain system security, data integrity, and compliance in Zoho. Qualification Required: - Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / IT / Electronics / Business Administration or related discipline. - Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in Zoho Administration and allied modules.
