The role involves managing field sales executives, building strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and cable TV operators, and ensuring revenue growth in the telecom/ IPTV industry. Key Responsibilities: Drive B2B sales and achieve revenue targets in the assigned territory. Build, communicate, and manage strong business relationships with channel partners, distributors, and cable TV operators. Lead and monitor a team of field sales executives, ensuring productivity and target achievement. Identify and onboard new channel partners and cable operators to expand market presence. Develop and implement regional sales strategies for IPTV and telecom services. Support channel partners and operators with sales enablement, training, and after-sales coordination. Track competitor activities and provide insights to strengthen market positioning. Prepare sales reports, MIS, and ensure achievement of KPIs. Qualifications & Skills: Graduate/ MBA with 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales within telecom/ broadband/ DTH/ IPTV industry. Proven track record in channel management & handling cable TV operators. Strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
