Territory Sales Manager (TSM)

You are an experienced Territory Sales Manager who will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the Chennai region for Skyplay IPTV Services. Your role will involve managing field sales executives, cultivating strong relationships with channel partners, distributors, and cable TV operators, and ensuring revenue growth in the telecom/ IPTV industry. Key Responsibilities: - Drive B2B sales and meet revenue targets in the assigned territory. - Establish and maintain robust business relationships with channel partners, distributors, and cable TV operators. - Lead and supervise a team of field sales executives to ensure productivity and target attainment. - Identify and onboard new channel partners and cable operators to broaden market presence. - Develop and execute regional sales strategies for IPTV and telecom services. - Provide support to channel partners and operators through sales enablement, training, and post-sales coordination. - Monitor competitor activities and offer insights to enhance market positioning. - Prepare sales reports, MIS, and ensure the accomplishment of KPIs. Qualifications & Skills: - Graduate/ MBA with 3-5 years of experience in B2B sales within the telecom/ broadband/ DTH/ IPTV industry. - Demonstrated success in channel management and handling cable TV operators. - Possess strong leadership, team management, and negotiation skills. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. - Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
