Territory Sales Manager (TSM) - Solar EPC Company, Pune
Job Description:We are seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager to lead our solar EPC business in Pune. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing customer relationships, and expanding our presence in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business objectives- Manage and grow existing customer relationships- Identify and pursue new business opportunities- Conduct market research and competitor analysis- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the solar industry- Graduate degree in Business, Marketing, or related field- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Strong understanding of solar EPC business and market trends
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in managing large-scale solar projects- Knowledge of solar industry regulations and policies- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools
