Web Developer

Project Role Description :

Design, build and test web-based applications for various site components and edit site content. Document technical designs and specifications. Research and incorporate updated content for websites.

Educational Qualification :

15 years full time educationMicrosoft 365 Key Responsibilities: 1. Design and support Microsoft 365 Messaging services: Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, and OneDrive. 2. Manage Microsoft 365 Business Tenancies (Basic, Standard, Premium) and enforce organizational policies. 3. Implement configurations using Desired State Configuration and follow customer-specific blueprints. 4. Monitor and manage M365 services using ITSM tools and Remote Management Platforms (RMM). 5. Configure alerts, track performance metrics, and generate license usage and consumption reports. 6. Perform Root Cause Analysis and lead problem management for messaging and identity-related issues. 7. Act as escalation point for L3 support of M365 messaging systems. 8. Contribute to Office 365 security strategy and participate in governance and roadmap discussions. 9. Document system configurations, SOPs, and operational runbooks. 10. Deliver technical training and provide mentoring where required. 11. Design enterprise-level security solutions for the M365 Stack including Users, Endpoints, Apps, and Network. 12. Stay current with M365 updates, releases, and third-party integrations. 13. Collaborate with security teams to enforce policies related to DLP, MFA, CA, and identity protection. 14. Mandatory expertise in Microsoft 365 core services: Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive. 15. Hands-on experience with Azure AD P1/P2 features: Conditional Access, MFA, PIM, PAM, SSPR, SSO. 16. Working knowledge of three or more Microsoft Defender or M365 Security tools: 17. - Defender for Identity 18. - Defender for Office 365 19. - Defender for Endpoint 20. - Defender for Cloud Apps 21. - Microsoft Purview / E5 Compliance 22. - AIP, DLP, Retention Policies 23. - Insider Risk Management, eDiscovery, and Audit 24. Experience managing M365 monitoring and alerting integrated with ITSM tools. 25. Experience with RMM tools for diagnostics and telemetry. 26. Understanding MDM, patching, and compliance for endpoint management. 27. Optional: PowerShell scripting experience for automation. 28. Optional: ITIL v3/v4 certification. 29. Optional: Experience with licensing optimization and usage reporting.
