Role Overview:

Client Servicing & Relationship Support

• Act as a primary point of contact for assigned wealth management clients, ensuring seamless servicing of investment and transactional needs.  
• Address and resolve client queries promptly and professionally, balancing service quality with business objectives.  
• Coordinate client meetings, quarterly portfolio reviews, and ongoing communication to ensure alignment with client goals.  
• Contribute to SIP book development and assist in identifying opportunities for cross-sell and upsell of products.  

Investment & Portfolio Support

• Assist in developing personalised financial plans aligned to client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.  
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, and periodic rebalancing across multiple asset classes — Mutual Funds, PMS, AIFs, Private Equity, Debt, etc.  
• Conduct product research, comparative analysis, and track market and regulatory developments.  

Operations & Compliance

• Take end-to-end ownership of client transactions — from documentation to execution and post-transaction follow-up.  
• Manage operational processes including payments, reconciliations, compliance submissions, and regulatory filings (KYC, FATCA, etc.).  
• Handle purchase, redemption, and switch transactions efficiently and accurately.  
• Promote digital adoption for portfolio tracking, reporting, and servicing to enhance client experience.  

Process Improvement

• Support internal initiatives for operational efficiency, automation, and knowledge sharing.  
• Liaise effectively with internal teams and external partners (fund houses, family offices, custodians, etc.) to deliver integrated wealth solutions.

What We’re Looking

• For  4–6 years of experience in Wealth Management, Private Banking, or Financial Advisory.  
• Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management strategies.  
• Familiarity with CAMS, kfin, and other relevant operational systems.  
• Excellent analytical and research abilities; proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and financial reporting tools.  
• Strong communication, coordination, and relationship management skills.  
• Exposure to managing or supporting client portfolios or family office teams.  
• Solid grasp of compliance requirements and operational risk management.  
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a client-first approach and ability to work collaboratively in a lean, dynamic team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, or related fields.  
• Preferred qualifications: MBA, CFA, CFP, or CWM.  
• Strong academic record and long-term interest in the wealth management domain.  
• Proficiency in financial planning tools, portfolio management software, and MS Office.  
• Based in Delhi/NCR (preferred).
