Maple Capital Advisors is looking for an experienced and high-performing Analyst - Investment Banking to join their team in New Delhi. The ideal candidate should excel in an entrepreneurial, high-impact environment and possess prior frontline experience in M&A and Private Equity transactions. Known for its high-conviction approach, Maple Capital Advisors has a strong track record in mid-market transactions and end-to-end deal execution. As an Analyst - Investment Banking, your responsibilities will include building detailed financial models, conducting valuation analyses and benchmarking, preparing pitch decks, investor presentations, and information memorandums, performing market and company research to develop sector intelligence, supporting deal execution, diligence coordination, and documentation, as well as assisting in client meetings and internal strategy discussions. The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking, Transaction Advisory, or Consulting, with strong skills in Excel and PowerPoint, proven analytical ability, excellent financial modeling and problem-solving skills, a talent for crisp and structured presentation and communication, a high level of initiative, commitment, and attention to detail, a strong interest in M&A and Private Equity, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to work under tight timelines. Qualifications for this role include an MBA/MS Finance/CA/CFA from a premier Indian or global institute, a strong academic performance and leadership track record, proficiency in financial modeling and MS Office, strong presentation and interpersonal skills, and ideally being based in Delhi/NCR.,
