Role Overview:

As a Wealth Management Operations Analyst, you will be responsible for:

• Assist in developing personalised financial plans aligned to client goals, risk profiles, and investment preferences.
• Support portfolio construction, asset allocation, periodic rebalancing, and investment selection.
• Conduct research and comparative analysis across wealth management products – Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, PE, and other asset classes.
• Track and report on market trends, economic developments, and regulatory updates.
• Provide regular updates on investment performance and market insights to clients.
• Coordinate client meetings and manage operational/documentation requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external advisors (legal, tax, estate planning) for integrated solutions.

What we’re looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in wealth management, private banking, or financial advisory
• Familiarity with financial markets, investment products and portfolio management strategies
• Strong analytical and research skills, proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint and financial tools, excellent communication and keen learning attitude
• Exposure to managing or assisting with an existing client book or supporting senior wealth managers/family office teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
• Strong academic record and interest in long-term career in wealth management
• Proficiency in financial planning tools, portfolio software, and MS Office
• Ideally based in Delhi/NCR
• Holder of, or currently pursuing, an MBA, CFA, CA, or CFP designation will be considered an asset
