Role Overview:

As Manager - Wealth Management, you will be responsible for:

  • Build and manage client relationships
  • Proactively identify business opportunities in Wealth Management and Investment Banking.
  • Develop tailored investment and financial plans across asset classes – mutual funds, AIFs, PMS, direct equities (listed/ unlisted), bonds, and other alternates.
  • Manage investment portfolios including asset allocation, portfolio rebalancing, and investment selection - understand financial goals, risk tolerance, and preferences.
  • Monitor and review client portfolios, adjusting strategies based on market trends, economic conditions, and client needs.
  • Provide regular updates and insights on market trends, macroeconomic conditions, and investment performance.
  • Conduct financial and economic research to support client recommendations.
  • Collaborate with legal, tax, estate planning, and family office setups for holistic wealth solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and internal protocols.


What we’re looking for

  • 3+ years in wealth management/ private banking, or as a Relationship Manager in a bank or AMC.
  • Strong understanding of wealth management products (Mutual Funds, AIFs, PMS, PE) and financial planning strategies. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proactive, business-development mindset.
  • Experience in managing an existing book of clients and/or supporting a senior wealth manager or family office.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, or related fields
  • Preferred: MBA, CFA, CA or CFP certification
  • Strong academic record and interest in long-term career in wealth management
  • Proficiency in financial planning tools, portfolio software, and MS Office
  • Ideally based in Delhi/NCR
