Job Description: We are looking a Warehouse Executive to join our team. Should be responsible to oversees all aspects of warehouse operations, ensuring the efficient and safe receipt, storage, and distribution of goods. Manage inventory, coordinate with shipping and receiving, lead warehouse staff to meet productivity safety standards, supervising staff, maintaining the warehouse's physical condition, and implementing policies and procedures. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Accurately track and manage inventory levels, ensuring proper storage and organization. Shipping and Receiving: Oversee the flow of incoming and outgoing goods, coordinating with suppliers and customers. Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate warehouse staff, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and perform efficiently. Logistics and Operations: Optimize warehouse layout, space utilization, and material handling processes to maximize efficiency. Safety and Compliance: Ensure a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant regulations and industry best practices. Data Analysis and Reporting: Monitor warehouse performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and provide reports to management. Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and implement improvements in warehouse processes to enhance efficiency and reduce costs. Supplier Management: Maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiating contracts and ensuring timely deliveries. Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in inventory management and logistics. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS). Knowledge of safety regulations and practices. Ability to analyze data and identify areas for improvement. Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
