The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing performance marketing strategies that drive customer acquisition, engagement, and retention. This role requires a data-driven mindset and expertise in digital marketing channels to optimize campaigns and maximize ROI.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive performance marketing strategies across various digital channels including PPC, display advertising, social media, affiliate marketing, and more.
  • Identify target audiences and tailor marketing strategies to meet business objectives.


  • Campaign Management:

  • Plan, create, and manage performance marketing campaigns to drive traffic, engagement, and conversions.
  • Monitor and optimize campaigns to improve performance and achieve KPIs.
  • Work with creative and content teams to develop compelling ad copy and visuals.


  • Data Analysis and Reporting:

  • Analyze campaign performance data and provide insights and recommendations for optimization.
  • Generate regular reports on key metrics, including ROI, CPA, CPC, CTR, and conversion rates.
  • Utilize data to forecast future performance and adjust strategies accordingly.


  • Budget Management:

  • Manage the performance marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Track spending and optimize budget allocation to maximize return on investment.


  • Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, sales, and customer service to align marketing strategies with overall business goals.
  • Work closely with external partners and agencies to enhance campaign performance.

  • Web Analytics and Online Marketing skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Experience in content creation and SEO
  • Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and email marketing
  • Ability to analyze and interpret data
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
