Job Description

Job Description: We are looking for dedicated and conscientious Cosmetic Chemist who is responsible for formulating a variety of products, developing and testing new skin care products, fragrances, and colors. Also, brainstorm new product ideas, test prototypes, and evaluate finished products in a variety of settings, including cosmetic manufacturing firms, testing houses, and raw material manufacturers. Key Responsibilities: Formulation: Create new products formulations and optimizing existing ones. Research and Development: Develop new cosmetic products, focusing on ingredients and technologies. Researching current market trends and demands, as well as investigating new technologies. Quality Control: Ensure productions processes comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and that products are safe and fit for use. Testing and Analysis: Testing materials, prototypes and finished products and assessing quality, safety and efficacy. pH readings, stability tests, and other analytical techniques. Documentation: Prepare technical documentation to support product development and manufacturing. Innovation: To manufacture innovative and original personal care hygiene products and cosmetic products with the latest raw materials and technology. Skills: Analytical Skills: Evaluate experimental results and ensure accuracy. Communication Skills: Effectively communicate technical information and collaborate with other professionals. Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshoot formulation issues and develop solutions. Formulation Expertise: A deep understanding of cosmetic formulation principles and practices. Chemical Knowledge: Strong knowledge of chemistry and chemical reactions. Laboratory Skills: Proficiency in using laboratory equipment and performing experiments.
