Position Overview:

Gokyo Outdoor Lifestyles Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dedicated Warehouse Executive with 0-1 years of experience. This is a full-time, on-site role at our Malad, Mumbai office, reporting to the Operation Manager. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate handling of inventory, managing dispatch operations, and maintaining the organization and smooth functioning of the warehouse.

Key Responsibilities:

Inventory Management: Assist in receiving, inspecting, labeling, and storing incoming inventory accurately and efficiently.

Order Fulfillment: Execute picking, packing, and dispatching of customer and retail orders, ensuring accuracy and timely preparation for shipment.

Stock Control: Conduct regular physical stock checks and cycle counts to ensure inventory accuracy and report discrepancies.

Warehouse Organization: Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment, adhering to all safety procedures and standards.

Documentation: Handle and maintain proper documentation for all incoming and outgoing goods (GRN, Invoices, Delivery Challans).

Coordination: Coordinate with logistics partners for smooth pickup and delivery operations.

Qualification:

High School Diploma or equivalent; a Bachelor's degree is a plus.

0-1 years of experience in a warehouse, logistics, or inventory management role. Freshers with a strong work ethic are encouraged to apply.

Basic understanding of warehouse procedures, safety guidelines, and inventory management systems (WMS knowledge is a bonus).

Physically able to lift and move packages and stand for extended periods.

Basic computer skills (MS Excel, email).
