Job Description

You should apply if you have:

Experience in handling B2B warehouse operations, including bulk order management.
Strong coordination skills with dispatch teams, courier partners, and documentation teams.
Understanding of packaging, invoicing, and logistics workflow.
The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
A proactive attitude towards minimizing operational errors and delays.

Avoid using digital tools like Excel or basic inventory software.
Prefer working only in desk-based roles

Skills Required:

B2B order processing (picking, packing, labeling, invoicing).
Basic Excel and WMS knowledge.
Coordination & communication.
Time management & organization

What will you do?

Manage daily B2B order execution from picking to dispatch.
Ensure timely and accurate processing of all bulk shipments.
Coordinate with courier and documentation teams for smooth dispatches.
Maintain clean records of inventory movement and stock used.
Monitor packaging standards and minimize damages/errors.

Work Experience

At least minimum 1 years exp. in warehouse operations or B2B dispatch.

Proficient in Advance Excel (formulas, reports, data handling), basic MS Word, PPT's, MS Office, and Gmail operations.
