Job Description

**Job Description:** **Role Overview:** Join Envalior as a Warehouse Executive in Japan and be a part of a team committed to making a positive impact through safety, sustainability, collaboration, and empowerment. At Envalior, you will contribute to shaping the future of high-performance materials in a challenging and innovative business environment. **Key Responsibilities:** - Receive finished products from production, verify quantity, batch details, and product labels before storage - Store goods in designated locations using FIFO principles and post in SAP - Maintain accurate inventory records in the SAP system, conduct cycle counts, and assist during audits - Monitor slow-moving and aging inventory, flag exceptions to management - Coordinate with dispatch and CSE teams for timely delivery of goods, ensure compliance with CSR while dispatching - Generate and maintain dispatch-related documents, ensure timely and correct entries in SAP systems - Ensure warehouse complies with SHE norms, maintain 5S standards, report any safety hazards - Prepare and share reports on stock status, dispatches, inventory accuracy, and warehouse operations - Support in waste handling activities including receipt, storage, disposal, and sale of hazardous and non-hazardous waste **Qualification Required:** - Accurate and on-time dispatches to ensure customers receive the right products - Timely dispatches for invoice generation and meeting sales targets - Maintain real-time stock visibility through correct SAP entries - Support Sales and SCM teams with accurate data for planning and forecasting - Help reduce storage costs by focusing on slow/non-moving stock **Company Details:** Envalior, a new materials powerhouse launched in early 2023, combines the heritage of DSM Engineering Materials and LANXESS High Performance Materials.
