Monitor procedures and quality standards against agreed targets. Understand and adhere to all safety standards and regulations. Ensure products are safe for consumption and have the highest quality possible. Understand quality control procedures and relevant legal standards. Train and manage a team of quality control technicians. Report to the Management on quality standard issues.
