SAP EWM
- Good exposure on all standard EWM Process like In/Out bound, Internal and Physical Inventory
- Must have good exposure on S/4 HANA
- Must have good exposure on Handling Units
- Must have good exposure on POSC, LOSC, WOCR and PPF
- Must have good Knowledge on EWM related Master data
- Must have good knowledge on Replenishment Process
- Must have good knowledge on repacking process like single and multi level Handling unit
SAP PP
- Implement and configure SAP PP modules to meet business requirements.
- Provide expertise and support for SAP PP-related projects and change management.
- Conduct system testing, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into SAP solutions.
- Develop and deliver training materials for end-users.
- Analyze and optimize production planning processes to improve efficiency.
- Maintain and update SAP PP documentation and configuration settings.
Stay up-to-date with SAP enhancements and best practices.
SAP GRC
- Use the business process requirements to drive out product requirements and metrics.
- Assist in defining and reviewing requirements for the application.
- Validate the design with the stakeholders to ensure that the design satisfies the requirements.
- Supervise other designers or developers in completing designs.
- Inform the technology architect and project manager of any issues that may affect other areas of the project.
- Develop an application prototype and conduct conference room pilot to validate the configuration design and explore gap resolution options.
- Participate in transitioning the designs to the developers and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the designs.
- Ensure that other team members such as the change enablement team the integration architecture specialist and the service introduction lead have the information, they need to successfully complete their work.
- Review and integrate all application requirements, involving security requirements.
- Review and integrate the application security technical architecture requirements.
- Provide input into final decisions regarding application security.
Act as software detectives, provide a dynamic service identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems.
SAP Success Factors
- Assist with the gathering and analysis of client requirements for SAP HCM SuccessFactors implementations.
- Create and execute test scripts to ensure the accuracy and functionality of configurations.
- Configure and test SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning Management, Compensation, and Performance Management.
- Provide training to end users on SAP HCM SuccessFactors modules.
- Need to have hands on experience on SAP Success Factors - EC/RM/TM methodologies.
SAP PI
- Should be able to interpret Functional Requirements (Mapping Specifications) into Techn
& develop the interface.
- Should have Extensively worked on various adapters (IDOC/RFC/SOAP (Webservice, ABAP
Proxy)/REST/SFTP/File/JDBC)
- Should have a thorough understating of SAP Technologies (ALE/IDOC), and ABAP Proxy.
- Good Understanding of JSON and XML/XSD/WSDL Formats
- Should be able to create Technical Design, PI Specific Mapping documents.
SAP Functional testing
- Strong understanding of all of any of the following SAP Functional Modules.
- Should be aware of the business processes, integrations & implementations using above SAP modules.
- Hands-on experience in Functional Testing, Integration testing & E2E testing of these SAP Applications
- Good understanding of Testing Processes and releases
- Any experience with SAP Test Automation using tools
SAP CO
- Provide expert consulting services in the area of CO (Controlling) within SAP ERP.
- Analyze client requirements and design effective CO solutions to meet their business needs.
- Implement and configure CO modules, including General Ledger Accounting (FI-GL), Cost Center Accounting (CO-PA), Profit Center Accounting (CO-PC), and Internal Order Accounting (CO-IO).
- Perform data migration activities and ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Develop and maintain detailed documentation for CO processes, configurations, and reports.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for CO-related issues.
- Hands-on experience in SAP CO consulting.
- Strong understanding of CO concepts, processes, and best practices.
- Proficiency in SAP ERP configuration, particularly in the CO modules.
- Experience in data migration and integration with other SAP modules.
- Experience in supporting and testing CO solutions.
SAP PP/QM
- Experience in large-scale SAP deployment, support and/or upgrade projects on PP/QM, ideally acquired in the consulting world.
- Possess a strong knowledge and experience in SAP configuration.
- Appreciated knowledge of the SAP Logistics part (SAP SD / SAP MM / SAP SD-MM): procurement, pricing, purchase orders, pricing schemes, basic transactions, flows, integration points
- Extended knowledge and experience on RICEF, DEBUG/ABAP
- Know the integration points and 'tie-ins' with other modules
