We require a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Data Management professional (Senior Process

Executive/Specialist) to join our HR Operations team. This role is dedicated to the precise and timely

processing of all employee data transactions within the SAP SuccessFactors employee central system,

maintaining data integrity and meeting SLA targets.



Key Responsibilities:


1. Employee Data Maintenance:

a. Accurate and timely entry and maintenance of employee master data.

b. Processing new hire information, including personal details, job roles, and organizational

assignments.

c. Updating employee records with changes such as promotions, transfers, and salary

adjustments.

d. Managing employee terminations and retirements.


2. Transaction Processing:

a. Handling various HR transactions within SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.

b. Managing organizational structure changes within the system.

c. Processing Global assignments.


3. Data Integrity and Quality:

a. Ensuring data accuracy and consistency across the SuccessFactors platform.

b. Conducting regular data audits and identifying discrepancies.

c. Implementing data validation rules and procedures.


4. Reporting and Analysis:

a. Generating standard and ad-hoc reports from SuccessFactors.

b. Providing data analysis to support HR decision-making.

c. Maintaining and updating reporting related changes.


5. System Support and Troubleshooting:

a. Resolving data-related issues and providing user support.

b. Troubleshooting system errors and escalating complex issues.

c. Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of SuccessFactors functionality.


6. Process Improvement:

a. Identifying and recommending process improvements to enhance data management

efficiency.

b. Documenting data management procedures and workflows.

c. Contributing to system configuration and testing.


7. Service Level Agreement (SLA) Adherence:

a. Meeting and exceeding established SLAs for data processing and issue resolution.

b. Monitoring and reporting on SLA performance.


8. Ticketing System Management:

a. Managing and resolving HR-related incidents and service requests using ServiceNow

ticketing system.



Skill/Experience Requirements:


Graduate in any stream with 1 to 6 years of HR experience, specifically in HR administration, with

mandatory experience processing hire-to-retire transactions within SAP SuccessFactors


Employee Central Module.


Experience managing and resolving HR-related incidents using Service Now ticketing system.

Strong English communication skills, customer focus, and a sense of urgency.

Results and deadline-driven, with the ability to prioritize tasks.



Must Have

• Graduate in any stream with minimum 1-3 yrs. Benefit admin experience.

• Good written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in HR Operations.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Results and deadline driven.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook) Good to have.

• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.).

• Basic understanding of employee benefit programs and principle.



Key Responsibilities:


The Benefit Administrator is responsible for supporting the administration of employee benefits programs for the clients. This includes processing enrolment and claims, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the clients. Process Benefits

transactions which may include:

• Process employee benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations.

• Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision,

and disability claims.

• Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrolment elections, and claims history.

• Provide support to clients employees and managers on benefit-related questions and issues.

• Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open

enrolment.

• Administered the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.

• Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols.

• Respond to employees queries as needed.

• Maintain service level agreements and KPIs.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.



Must Have

• Graduate in any stream with minimum 3-5 yrs. Benefit admin experience.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Experience in HR Operations.

• Experience in HRMS/ERP like (SAP, SuccessFactors, workday etc.).

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Computer proficiency (MS Office Word, Excel, and Outlook Good to have).

• Experience specific to Benefit administration for Global (US, EMEA, APAC) clients will be added advantage.



Key Responsibilities:


The Benefit professional is responsible for supporting the administration of employee benefits programs for the clients. This includes processing enrolment and claims, maintaining employee records, and providing support to the clients. Process Benefits transactions which may include:

• Process employee benefit enrolments, changes, and terminations.

• Process employee benefit claims, including medical, dental, vision,

and disability claims.

• Maintain all employee benefit records, including eligibility information, enrolment elections, and claims history.

• Provide support to clients employees and managers on benefit-related questions and Issues.

• Administer the state health benefits and flexible benefits Annual/Open

enrolment.

• Administered the US FMLA program in compliance with federal and state requirements.

• Process & perform quality check on Benefits transactions which may

include:

• Provide assistance on resolving level 2 & 3 level questions benefit plan issues.

• Escalate non-transactional, production, issues promptly and according to established protocols.

• Participate and contribute towards process transformation & automations.

• Respond to escalated issues from HR professionals, and HR managers.

• Supports TL in training, daily reviews, and escalations resolutions.

• Maintain service level agreements and KPIs.

• Identify continuous improvement opportunities.
