We're on an exhilarating growth trajectory, and now we're seeking a visionary VP of Brand Marketing to be the ultimate architect of our brand's narrative. If you're a seasoned brand leader with a deep, intuitive understanding of India’s consumer pulse , a proven track record in D2C, consumer internet, or beauty/health , and an ability to craft compelling brand stories that don't just sell, but connect – this might be for you. We're an engineering-first, AI-native company , most recently leveraging innovations like our AI-powered skin/hair analyzer and DermaGPT, our proprietary derma/health assistant . Your strategic brand leadership will be pivotal in translating these innovations into a powerful, beloved brand experience. What You'll Be Doing You'll be the ultimate strategist and storyteller for Clinikally, owning the long-term vision and execution of our brand. This is a critical leadership role that requires both strategic foresight and a hands-on approach to bring our brand to life across every touchpoint. Define & Evolve Brand Strategy: Develop and champion Clinikally's overarching brand vision, positioning, messaging, and identity, ensuring consistency and distinctiveness across all consumer interactions and internal culture. Narrative & Storytelling: Craft and oversee compelling brand narratives that resonate deeply with the Indian consumer, building emotional connections and fostering loyalty. Lead Brand Campaigns: Spearhead the development and execution of integrated brand campaigns (digital, social, influencer, content, PR, offline) that drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy. This will also include overseeing the brand marketing strategy for our upcoming offline experience centres. Brand Experience Ownership: Partner closely with Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to ensure the brand promise is consistently delivered across the entire customer journey, from product discovery to post-purchase support. Insights & Innovation: Dive deep into consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to continuously refine our brand strategy and identify new opportunities for growth and differentiation. Inspire & Grow the Team: Lead, mentor, and empower our existing marketing talent, fostering a culture of creativity, strategic thinking, and executional excellence. Agency & Partner Management: Cultivate and manage relationships with creative agencies, PR firms, and other external partners to maximize brand impact and efficiency. Brand Health & Measurement: Define key brand health metrics, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of brand investments, ensuring a strong ROI. What We're Looking For 8-10 years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience, with a significant portion in D2C consumer internet, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands/marketplaces in India. Proven track record of building and scaling beloved consumer brands from an early stage to significant market presence. Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a strong creative sensibility and an ability to translate complex ideas into compelling brand narratives. Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, including cultural nuances, consumption habits, and regional sensitivities. Extensive experience across integrated marketing channels, with a strong command of digital-first branding, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building. Outstanding leadership skills: A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. Data-informed approach: While brand is qualitative, you use data and insights to guide strategy, measure impact, and justify investments.
