Key Responsibilities: - 8-10 years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience, with a focus on D2C consumer internet, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands in India. - Proven track record of building and scaling beloved consumer brands. - Exceptional strategic thinking and creative sensibility. - Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape. - Extensive experience in digital-first branding, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building. - Outstanding leadership skills and data-informed approach. - Entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and comfort with ambiguity.
