As the VP of Brand Marketing, your role will be crucial in defining and executing the brand strategy, crafting compelling narratives, and driving brand campaigns to connect with the Indian consumer landscape. Here is what you can expect in this role: Role Overview: - Define & Evolve Brand Strategy: Develop and champion Clinikally's overarching brand vision, positioning, messaging, and identity to ensure consistency and distinctiveness. - Narrative & Storytelling: Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with the Indian consumer, fostering emotional connections and loyalty. - Lead Brand Campaigns: Spearhead integrated campaigns (digital, social, influencer, content, PR, offline) to drive awareness, engagement, and advocacy. - Brand Experience Ownership: Partner with Product, Tech, and Customer Experience teams to deliver on the brand promise throughout the customer journey. - Insights & Innovation: Dive into consumer insights, market trends, and competitive analysis to refine the brand strategy and identify growth opportunities. - Inspire & Grow the Team: Lead, mentor, and empower the marketing talent to foster a culture of creativity and executional excellence. - Agency & Partner Management: Cultivate relationships with external partners to maximize brand impact and efficiency. - Brand Health & Measurement: Define key brand health metrics, track performance, and report on the effectiveness of brand investments. Key Responsibilities: - 8-10 years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience, with a focus on D2C consumer internet, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands in India. - Proven track record of building and scaling beloved consumer brands. - Exceptional strategic thinking and creative sensibility. - Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape. - Extensive experience in digital-first branding, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building. - Outstanding leadership skills and data-informed approach. - Entrepreneurial spirit, agility, and comfort with ambiguity. Qualifications Required: - 8-10 years of progressive brand marketing leadership experience, with a significant portion in D2C consumer internet, beauty, health, or lifestyle brands/marketplaces in India. - Proven track record of building and scaling beloved consumer brands from an early stage to significant market presence. - Exceptional strategic thinking combined with a strong creative sensibility and an ability to translate complex ideas into compelling brand narratives. - Deep understanding of the Indian consumer landscape, including cultural nuances, consumption habits, and regional sensitivities. - Extensive experience across integrated marketing channels, with a strong command of digital-first branding, content strategy, influencer marketing, and community building. - Outstanding leadership skills: A natural ability to inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. - Data-informed approach: While brand is qualitative, you use data and insights to guide strategy, measure impact, and justify investments. - A true entrepreneurial spirit: You're agile, comfortable with ambiguity, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and are driven by the opportunity to build something lasting.
