Job Description

Volume Recruiter

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle end-to-end recruitment for bulk/volume hiring requirements
  • Source candidates through job portals, referrals, databases, and social media
  • Conduct initial screening and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage daily call volumes, follow-ups, and interview scheduling
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and candidate records
  • Meet weekly and monthly hiring targets within defined timelines
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in volume/bulk recruitment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
  • Familiarity with job portals and ATS systems
  • Good organizational and time-management skills
  • Willingness to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment

  • Experience in staffing, BPO.
