Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Vice President (VP) to join our executive leadership team. The VP will be responsible for overseeing the development and execution of strategic plans, driving business growth, managing key departments, and ensuring alignment with the company’s vision, goals, and operational excellence. This role demands strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, financial acumen, and decision-making capabilities to scale and sustain the organization.



Key Work Responsibilities:

Strategic Leadership

  • Develop and implement long-term business strategies in alignment with the CEO and Board of Directors.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities to expand market share and profitability.

Operational Oversight

  • Lead and supervise department heads to ensure seamless daily operations.
  • Set performance goals, KPIs, and monitor progress across departments.

Business Development

Business Development & Client Relations

  • Identify, onboard, and develop relationships with new clients across verticals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key partners and customers.
  • Represent the company in high-stakes meetings, conferences, and negotiations.

Financial Management

  • Collaborate with the CFO to oversee budgets, forecasts, and financial planning.
  • Approve major expenditures and investments aligned with business goals.

Team Building & Leadership

  • Attract, mentor, and retain top talent; build strong leadership pipelines.
  • Foster a culture of performance, accountability, and continuous improvement.

Risk & Compliance

  • Ensure the organization adheres to industry regulations, legal guidelines, and ethical standards.
  • Anticipate and manage potential risks to business continuity and reputation.

Reporting & Communication

  • Present updates and reports to the Board of Directors and stakeholders.
  • Maintain open lines of communication across teams and departments.



Core Process Flow:

Strategic Planning & Alignment

  • Conduct quarterly/annual strategic planning sessions with C-level leadership.
  • Define OKRs (Objectives and Key Results) and align them across the organization.

Execution & Oversight

  • Translate high-level strategy into executable department-level initiatives.
  • Track milestones, ensure resource allocation, and resolve bottlenecks.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Facilitate collaboration between departments (Sales, Marketing, Operations, Product, HR, etc.).
  • Hold regular review meetings with department leaders for performance evaluation.

Monitoring & Evaluation

  • Analyze business metrics and customer feedback to evaluate performance.
  • Adjust strategy and operations based on data and market trends.

Communication & Reporting

  • Share progress reports with stakeholders, highlighting achievements and challenges.
  • Conduct town halls, executive updates, and investor briefings as needed.

Continuous Improvement

  • Review processes, systems, and tools regularly.
  • Implement new technologies, frameworks, or practices to drive efficiency.
