Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and highly experienced lady professional to join our leadership team as Vice President. The ideal candidate will bring a deep understanding of the security and surveillance industry, proven leadership skills, and strategic insight to drive organizational growth and excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee all security and surveillance operations across multiple client sites.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans and operational frameworks.
• Lead, mentor, and manage cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives.
• Foster client relationships and ensure service excellence.
• Supervise technology integration and innovation in surveillance systems.
• Ensure compliance with statutory, safety, and quality standards.
• Identify new business opportunities and partnerships to expand market presence.

Requirements:

• Graduate / Postgraduate with a strong background in security, surveillance, or facility management.
• Minimum 10–15 years of experience, including senior leadership roles in the industry.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Proven ability to manage large teams and high-value projects.
• Strong understanding of modern surveillance systems, technology, and compliance standards.
• Preference will be given to female candidates with a successful track record in similar roles.
