Job Title: Accounts Executive

The Accounts Executive plays a crucial role in managing financial transactions, maintaining accurate financial records, and ensuring compliance with taxation laws and regulations. This position is responsible for handling various accounting and taxation tasks to support the financial well-being of the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Record Keeping:

Maintain and update financial records, including ledgers, journals, and general accounting entries. Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial data. Prepare and review financial statements, such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.

Book keeping:

Record day-to-day financial transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, and payments. Reconcile bank statements and monitor cash flow. Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable. Taxation: Prepare and file accurate and timely tax returns, including income tax, GST/VAT, and other applicable taxes. Stay up-to-date with tax regulations and changes to ensure compliance. Assist in tax planning and optimization strategies.

Financial Analysis: Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and potential financial risks. Provide insights and recommendations to improve financial performance. Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, legal requirements, and internal financial policies. Coordinate with external auditors during annual audits. Maintain proper documentation for auditing purposes.

Software Proficiency:

Utilize accounting software and tools to streamline financial processes.

Familiarity with software such as Tally Prime and Advance Excel

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
