About the Role:

Vice President – Global Contact Research

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the

  Global Contact Research

  team.
• Oversee

  data collection, validation, and enrichment

  processes to maintain high accuracy.
• Define and implement

  SOPs, KPIs, and quality standards

  .
• Drive

  process automation

  and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage relationships with cross-functional teams (Research, Fieldwork, Client Services, and Tech).
• Utilize tools like

  ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, Lusha, Apollo

  , etc., for data sourcing and enrichment.
• Conduct regular

  quality audits

  and implement improvement plans.
• Foster a culture of

  accountability, innovation, and excellence

  within the team.

What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in

  Market Research / Data Management / Business Intelligence

  .
• Hands-on experience using

  contact databases

  (ZoomInfo, Bloomberg, Preqin, Lusha, Apollo, etc.).
• Strong understanding of

  data accuracy, governance, and compliance

  .
• Proven ability to

  lead teams

  , manage KPIs, and deliver measurable outcomes.
• Experience in

  primary or secondary market research

  and

  contact database management

  .
• Excellent

  communication, stakeholder management, and analytical

  skills.
• Graduate/Postgraduate in Business, Finance, or related fields (MBA preferred).
